30 Days Easy Return Policy

Return & Exchange of the purchased product is applicable within 30 days when jacket is received by the customer. After 30 days the company will not remain responsible for any sort of error or dissatisfaction.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your returns to the address below, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the items on below address and share tracking with us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved you will get confirmation and you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation of the Orders

You can request to cancel your order any time before shipping and 100% of the order value refunded to your card, send your request with subject CANCEL (order number) to sales@shoplectic.com

If cancelation required after shipping and providing tracking details to your order, then you can raise a refund request in that case buyer has to ship the order back to our office at their cost. send a REFUND request (order number) to sales@shoplectic.com. we will reply you within 1-2 business days.

Refund policy

Once the return or exchange is processed, we issue the refund to the buyers within 3 days. The refund is only issued to the same card or PayPal account from where the payment was received.

Exchange policy

The only reasons acceptable for return or exchange of product Please note is that the item you want to return or exchange should be in its original condition. Shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse or production house will be paid by customer.

Return policy

There will be no return/exchange for ordering more than one similar product, but different size. People misuse this facility. In case of a return, the return shipping will be paid by the buyer and customer is also liable to pay the shipping and handling cost that will depend upon jacket weight and size. No product will be entertained for Return, Refund or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product. All requests for Return, Refund or Exchange made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be acceptable. Right before sending your jacket, our responsible product inspector will review your jacket; color, sizing, stitching, quality of leather and the pattern of the item.
